Objectives
The goal is to develop decision-support databases and tools for the industrial decarbonization and share models with international partners
Profile
- Interest in modeling of industrial and chemical processes, energy conversion systems and energy integration method.
- Some knowledge in Python and Lua is desirable.
Project plan
The study includes:
- Participation in a collaborative technology program of the IEA
- Contribution of a database of models and methods for assessing industrial symbiosis
- Analysis of the role of the industrial process integration in the industry decarbonization
- Collaborative research with 12+ international partners to develop data-driven models
- Promotion of technology transfer between industry and researchers
Observation
The project is related to the International Energy Agency and the Task XXIV of the TCP IETS
