My Name

Hello, I am Soline Corre. I come from France. I studied mechanical engineering at the UTC, and energy at Mines Paris PSL. Currently, I am a PhD candidate at EPFL, in the IPESE group. My PhD subject is to create a decision-making platform for waste-to-value management towards circular economy. I will work with the canton of Valais in Switzerland and the communes, to reduce the emissions of the waste sector and promote the use of waste as a resource using multi optimization techniques (considering life cycle analysis, themodynamical, technological, economical and societal aspects). The notions of sobriety and degrowth will also be part of the study.
